@soul flow is moving from one pose though to the next I think. So I guess that slow flow would be similar but just moving slowly but I am only guessing

my response relates to conversation between above two

I want to be a tree (young child, adult in some cases)

I dont want to be that kind of tree.  (points finger) she said that I had to be a *******...tree

I want to be an oak tree

(tantrum ensues with rigid child carried off)

I had to laugh out loud. I read a few responses and thought to myself .....chair???.....tree????

read the responses without knowing that the discussion is about yoga

very entertaining

I still want to be a tree though.....an oak tree

I see there was much amusement had here after I went to bed last night. You all made me giggle a lot! Now, I'm sure you all know that there is an ancient saying: "they who laugh about being trees must themselves become trees."

@soul It would be super cool if you got along to a yoga class on this, the first day of the month.

@TheVorticon I am super impressed that you are going to have a go at being a tree - albeit a sappy one.

@CheerBear I was thinking about how we are sort of stuck in the mud and it occured to me that we can be trees right where we are in the mud - it just means we would be more of a mangrove swamp than a forest...and that's ok.

I look forward to hearing how everyone went at being a tree today.
