Re: The great yoga adventure
Yoga is "Mediative Exercise" @Shaz51 So they say it's a great way to Multi-Task (when short of Time) - You can Meditate + Exercise, at the same time....
It's not for everyone, yet it's good for me.

Re: The great yoga adventure
@frog yes routine is everything. I know of a top traditional chinese medical doctor who wrote a book on routine whuch changed my life. It makes me intrinsically happy as the routine honors my innate body clock as well as being healthful. The book The Perfect Day Plan attracted national, acclaim in health circles and even a encore in Living Now Magazine as it was drastically changing peoples lives for the better

Re: The great yoga adventure
Hello anyone about ... yoga people, not yoga people ...
I got this book from the library today: Turns out I'm Fine by Judith Lucy. idk if I'll finish it. She's very funny but also very full on. Anyway, have to share a quote from the first few pages:
"...generally trying to take care of myself by not getting hammered and sometimes doing 3 or 4 hours of yoga a day. Although, that often amounted to me just lying on the floor crying - the only thing that made it ýoga was the fact that I was wearing lululemon pants."
Hi @Former-Member @Adge @Shaz51 @Meowmy @TAB ... all of you passing this way.
I did in fact do a bit of yoga today that did not involve crying.

Re: The great yoga adventure
Hi @frog @Shaz51 @TAB Does that mean that if just buy some Yoga Pants & Wear them - That Counts as Doing Yoga?....
I had my Friday Yoga Class yesterday, & Saturday Yoga Class this morning...
We're very Low on numbers - Only myself + 1 other person turned up this morning.
So you're welcome to come along - except that you don't know where it is....
