Hi @Daisydreamer @frog @TAB Yes, always still doing 2 Yoga Classes each week.
I had to find new classes in October last year - When the Yoga Teacher Training Centre closed (due to Covid).
Doing Yoga classes in my local Community Centre is extremely time-limited - We have to get out on the dot, as no extra time is allowed (doors locked).
It is not relaxed or enjoyable, like my Dedicated Yoga Centre was.
Also doing Yoga classes whilst wearing a Mask (post-Lockdown) was challenging - Made me feel sick & nauseous.
