Yes, no-one could see us Smiling (through Mask) @Shaz51
Very ironic - because Yoga Teacher Reminds (asks) us to Smile, during Class....

Hope you are getting some movement in your day.
I'm very anxious about, and at, work these days and yoga is helping me at the beginning of the day.
Hi @Former-Member @Former-Member @Daisydreamer this is the yoga thread that I'm trying to revive/promote, so if you can think of anywhere to insert a link to it that would be good!
Take care all.

Hi @frog,
Starting off the day with yoga sounds like a great idea. Have you found it makes a difference to your day?
I've been doing yoga after work once a week which has been super helpful. I gave Yin Yoga a go too, which was really different.
Do you do a yoga class, have an app or run your own yoga @frog?

Hi @Daisydreamer yoga definitely helps me with morning anxiety.
I have a couple of routines that I do on my own - maybe 15 minutes.
Occasionally I do a class for inspiration, but it's very expensive.

That's great @frog! I'd love to get to a point where I felt I knew enough yoga to be able to run my own routine.
Since last year, I have found a few online classes or zoom based classes that are free to access, or work on an honorarium system (you pay what you can, when you can).
For a beginner like me, youtube has been so helpful. How long have you been practising yoga for?

How have you been going with yoga @Adge?
I've loved all the pictures of yoga poses you've posted here. The ease at which the people in the photos hold difficult poses is amazing- true pros
