Good on you too @Adge for continuing in some capacity.
I wish I could find a kind of yoga community but the classes are so expensive.
I went to a free one, but it was not worth the effort of getting there. It was underneath a bar and the noise was rediculous. The teacher didn't seem that into it either.
Anyway, it would be good if we could gather a few more people here to encourage each other, but idk how to.

I wish we did not have to do this Pose So Often (every class).
I counted/ did 10 Downward Dogs, in one Class.
It is Not a favourite of mine....

This is the Head Stand.
I find this Very Difficult to Do....
I cannot do it without help/ assistance.
Someone has to Flip my Legs Up in the Air - Otherwise I Cannot Get my Legs Up....
