Try as I might, I find it difficult to sleep in @Former-Member @Owlunar. I guess it's just the way my body clock is wired. So to kick start me into doing stuff, I head out walking usually picking up some groceries along the way as Woolies is open at 7:00am these days.
It's quite pleasant walking at that time of day. During the week it's a bit busy with people rushing to work, kids training at their chosen sports. On the weekend especially Sunday it's a whole different ballgame - so peaceful, hardly anyone about save some cyclists and a few lone runners.

Hi @soul
I used to get up early every morning - rise and shine - but now I have to wait for my medication to work and that can take time - stiff back can sometimes mean sitting in the chair with a hot pack and watching something I have recorded
And I loved getting up early and doing whatever before my then-husband and son woke up - my daughter and I would sit at the kitchen table having our breakfast - and my daughter - went she was just a little kid - used to eat her cereal with a tea spoon because she got more spoonfuls that way - I love that memory
@Former-Member
I never thought of taking my holidays during the half-phases of the moon - went I last went to Lakes Entrance the moon was full - what a lovely night that was - the taxi came at 6.30am to take me to the station and he had been driving all night and said it had been wonderful and that was the best week for weather last summer - last year I went to Canberra during the winter and apart from the storm on the day I travelled it was only cold for the first two days and that was on the waning moon too
So anyway - I will take that into consideration - we have the crescent moon so maybe in three weeks it would be good. I was looking at accomdation at Eden and the Motor Inn is really lovely but kinda uphill - but worth the view - I have to practice walking up some hills around here for the time waiting..
The thought of flying to the East Coast sounds exciting - I don't know what airlines fly there - actually it means flying to Pambula and getting the bus down to Eden - I think - but I will possibly ring Flight Centre and letting them do the booking - it's safer to go through an agent
Wow - this feels exciting
Let's see if I can find an air pic of Eden

Just came in and layed down after a lovely time pottering around out back, gardening, but i've started crying - trouble is I don't know why. Think I feel lonely looking at everyone else connecting on here, but I don't know, maybe something in the silence grabbing me. Its like I'm running out of time, life, and nobody notices and it will all be gone.
I don't know, I can't feel it, I'm just sad.
Don't even know who I'm typing to here or who'd really want to hear it, my sad. Betta rise and make a cup of tea. ☕

Hi @Former-Member - perhaps you were typing to me. I'll have a cup of tea with you. Do you have any plans for the weekend? Nothing much happening for me. I did go out and see a boat that a friend of mine is restoring today. Not nearly as interesting as it was when it was on the water though. A work in progress I suppose like many of us here.
What have you been up to in your garden?
