Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

She knows people mostly mean well here Dec, it helps her to communicate through me if you have any questions, bit I get that that's 'different' @-Rayne- and @Maggie will understand this. Kinda just a safe place 3rd person thing.
She's glad you had a good break, home in your own bed, had your DD to watch the place and old cat is behaving.

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

I get you @Former-Member flashbacks from a different place, different parts living through it. You all are doing well. It's a hard place to be in, I know. Thinking of you and everyone.

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Yes thanks @soul, had a day in bed, migraine & nausea didn't help.

Glad you're a bit better too. Ups & dows happen. Sorry not there for you more. Guess life would be boring if always the same.

Sane helpline returned call from yesterday this arvo. Don't pick up private numbers here. They left a msg but don't know what to say today. Maybe try again tomorrow, try find out how to get two way community support.

S1 just rang while packing - heads off to NZ after work tomorrow. Nice to hear him excited.

Ta for checking in 💜💕🐦🌷🌿

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Hiya @Former-Member. Love the pic @soul. Seems we are all struggling right now, wish I could help but my feet are dragging tar on every step, but I am sending a warm hug to both of you, you will be in my thoughts.

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

@Former-Member today I woke and thought of you and all who have struggled through winter, to find a new season has started this morning.
