Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Hi @Former-Member

Are you Tawney - I started to think a couple of days back that you might be - similar stories I think - and battling with being alone - if you are Tawney I am glad you are here - if you are not - then - "Hi again lapses

When I am not here I am not abanonding anyone - today I am not feeling crash hot - whatever is happening will either get worse or go away - but I do understand more than I used to that being abandoned or feeling abandoned is a terrible issue for some people and I have been abandoned myself and know what that feels like - not at all good

This forum is pretty large but I haven't read anything that could be called calling you names etc - and the labels - I know they are not true - you know they are not true - so that is really tough - there is no need to believe you are all those things

Lots of things I know - you are not at all racist because you are wary of a man walking into your yard and being intrusive - aw hard - I know but you are inherently kind and so this is tough for you - but I always maintain we need to care for ourselves

Also having your friend die has hit you hard and of course your grief for your little girl is inflamed - I know this feeling

Please don't feel as if you need to constantly need to push yourself past your limits to please other people - I do understand - people can be very "needy" with their requirements to push their own agenda onto us - we don't need that

Your Mum is a hard case and your poor Dad - I get a whole lot of your life now - it's so tough

Thinking of you lots Lapses/TawneyHeart

Just looking in lol 💞 Hi @soul, @Owlunar, @Faith-and-Hope, thanks for checking in on me. Appreciate it, and the relaxing garden pictures. I'm OK, just lost for words. Did drag myself to my 4hr shift yesterday, met some lovely people. Turned out OK. Sciatica bad so went to bed. Here I am 3am wide awake having yummy cup of tea, even heard magpie talkin, but nice that I can come here and find kind words 😘 kind people 😃 thank you 🌷

Dec, i dont wanna talk about Tawnz anymore, that was a past life. Only told yas 'cause I was told to, as some complained of deception... and T was under constant fire. Lapses is not.

I do Hope you guys are ok 💜💕

Hope my dog lives forever 🐕

Hi @Former-Member - hope you got some relief from that back pain and went back to sleep. I can hear birds chirping outside too, even though the sun has not yet risen. The days have been quite warm but there's probably one cold snap left before we leave winter behind.

Have a great day my friend.

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Thought we'd head to the beach today @Former-Member. It's supposed to be max 27 degrees. Isn't right now - my hands are freezing.

Hi @Former-Member - how are you doing? Thought this might be a nice place to hang out today. A bit of sun, a bit of shade. Lots of fresh air.
