Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Sorry to hear you're battling the stiffness today @Kurra.  I'm in m 50s and already have some of that going on.  Found out my bone density is low last week.  Have to see the Dr about it next week. Not looking forward to that but hoping we've caught it early.

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Hi Kurra, Eth, everyone. Nothing like age to thin our bones and the winter cold to stiffen joints.

I woke to sirens an hour ago, it triggers flashbacks, and two helicopter flyover since 😞 Can't escape my brain, and my heart, it hurts... How much can we take? Wish I had someone to talk to. At least its beautiful and sunny out, might try go for a walk 🙂

Hi @Former-Member  A walk sounds good.  I can't get out of my cabin this morning.  Need more sleep too.

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Cabin ?

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

I live in a cabin in my brother's back yard @Former-Member. They were filming outside my door.  Finished now and I managed to have a nap.

How are you today?

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

a walk sounds good @Former-Member HeartHeart

it is raining here

how big is the cabin @eth xx

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

3 1/2 x 7 m @Shaz51  one long room with lots of glass panels.  bed at one end, kitchenette at the other, table and chairs in between.  But I have lots of my artefacts decorating it so it feels homey.  I had to get rid of most of my posessions when I moved here but don't miss much.  Life is better here with family support and encouragement.

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Hi Eth, just catching up on posts - had a bad day yesterday. Your cabin close to rels sounds cosy, and hopefully private enough. I've lived in a few granny flats on & off and found them ok, enough on my own. Hope you have a good day. 🌷🌿

Hi Shaz, can never really get enough walking I guess. Do you & hubby go walking together? Good for depression too they say. I'd love someone to walk with. Hope you're holding up 💜

Re: SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)

Thanks @Former-Member  You have a good day too 🙂
