Could someone explain the difference so i know how to post with my two threads
I've got a thread with - "Something's not right"
and this thread with - "Our experience & stories"
can you give me some tips, so i can use the forums better

@BlueBay is still amongst us as far as I know @Happyness. Her account has not been deleted.
The difference between 'Something's Not Right' and 'Our experiences' subforums are basically something's not right (in my book) is for when we are not doing well, whereas the experiences and stories is more about mapping our journey to recovery. There are no hard and fast rules about it though.

I have my days where i experience things as in chronic symptoms
And i have days that are just tolerable
In suppose some sense of positive self talk can make the experience of the syptoms safer for me

i have five to eight healthy meals a day

and i'm trying to get back to my foot exercises
