Re: Relief from suffering

was her saneforums name, 'BlueBay'

or, 'BlueBell'

did something happen

i'm sorry if she's no longer with us

do the Moderators know who i'm referring to

Re: Relief from suffering

@BlueBay is still amongst us as far as I know @Happyness. Her account has not been deleted.

The difference between 'Something's Not Right' and 'Our experiences' subforums are basically something's not right (in my book) is for when we are not doing well, whereas the experiences and stories is more about mapping our journey to recovery. There are no hard and fast rules about it though.

Re: Relief from suffering

Hi @Happyness
Sorry I didn't reply last night. I'm in hospital with asthma and a virus and I fell asleep. Una mental health unit having meds change.
Reg Sh - they have subsided. The only escape when I'm in my catastrophe state or very distressed. I tend to then call my gp who is wonderful in helping calm down. But this is one of things I need to work on and try to do myself and use my own coping tools to calm myself down.
It's not easy especially when distressed.
How have you been?

Re: Relief from suffering

Thanks @BlueBay

I have my days where i experience things as in chronic symptoms

And i have days that are just tolerable

In suppose some sense of positive self talk can make the experience of the syptoms safer for me

Just small steps

Day by day, step by step

Just small steps

Day by day, step by step
