Re: Relief from suffering

Hi Happyness,

Welcome to the forums! Smiley Happy

While we are unable to give formal medical advice on relieving of symptoms, I'm sure if someone here has experienced similar symptoms, they will share what has worked for them!

Can you tell us a bit more about yourself - your symptoms etc

NikNik

Re: Relief from suffering

To get a clearer idea of your situation, your symptoms/diagnosis would be needed.

Re: Relief from suffering

Thanks for replying and your concern

My symptoms

Social anxiety

And

Trouble

Refuting irrational beliefs

And

Mental clarity

It's hard to get through each day

And feel close to the people around me

Although my intentions

Are for the best

Regards Happyness

Re: Relief from suffering

I'm near breaking point

And how hard it is

And how it makes me so sad

Stigma from family?

Stigma from friends?

Stigma from workers/case manager ect?

I feel surrounded

I try to be a good son

I try to be a good uncle

I try to be a good friend

And

I try to be a good citizen of the Commonwealth

And I try to be true to myself

Anyone else suffering from stigma

And is it so hard

Any comments?

Any reflections?

And

I'm trying to be happy

Regardless of circumstances

Happyness

Re: Relief from suffering

Hi Happyness Smiley Happy

I hear the effort you are putting into life, the barriers you are encountering, and the accumulative effect this is having on your outlook. I also hear someone who's determined to not let that overcome them, and is reaching out for the support and encouragement they need to go the distance.

Your comments on stigma are welcomed, and perhaps you would like to comment further?

Re: Relief from suffering

Hello

How are you

How's your day

My troubles?

I've found myself having to teach myself
how to read again.

And for me

I found myself in this situation pretty quick

Can't explain it rationally

I say to myself

"What happened .."

Only two pages at a time
Roughly

And people would think

That's the least of my worries

But too me
It's something
Like a challenge

It's one of my big fights

And I say to myself
I need to keep on trying

And tell myself the effort will be worth it

So

Who's in this situation

And

Is it common

And it would seem

It's the least of my worries

Re: Relief from suffering

Happyness

again you show an inner strength to persevere, and look for answers which put you in a vantage point.

Well done!

I'd like to invite you to be involved in our 'lived experience' forum which will be rolled out shortly...

Re: Relief from suffering

I can definitely relate to the stigma.
Can you complain regarding the stigma from your caseworker to anyone or do you feel that noone listens?

It's great to see your inner strength and that your a fighter.
