Hi Happyness,
Welcome to the forums!
While we are unable to give formal medical advice on relieving of symptoms, I'm sure if someone here has experienced similar symptoms, they will share what has worked for them!
Can you tell us a bit more about yourself - your symptoms etc
NikNik

Hi Happyness
I hear the effort you are putting into life, the barriers you are encountering, and the accumulative effect this is having on your outlook. I also hear someone who's determined to not let that overcome them, and is reaching out for the support and encouragement they need to go the distance.
Your comments on stigma are welcomed, and perhaps you would like to comment further?
