Re: Red's house
#missyou
I was too sick to go to the beach. Came and to river instead and lit a candle. 1 year ago my step father died.

Re: Red's house
I feel sad. I just said goodbye to my OT. I worked with him for over 2 years.
I wish him the best, it just sucks though he really helped me a lot.
It's always hard when professionals move on. So much in my life has changed in the last few months. Sigh. Will it stop.

Re: Red's house
Aww @The-red-centaur that really sucks!! It is totally okay to grieve, this is a significant relationship loss, regardless of its professional nature!
Sounds like you're really craving some stability at the moment hey. Hope there's nothing else looming on your horizon?

Re: Red's house
@tyme its like one thing after another the last few months.
I use to feel like I was actually making some way in life and recovery. Then my life has fallen apart since august. I was getting to comfortable maybe. I had hope...now idk.

Re: Red's house
Change can be very very hard @The-red-centaur , but sometimes it's good for us so that we can grow as people.
It reminds me of the pain caterpillars go through during metamorphosis, but once the change happens, it makes them beautiful individuals. Hold on to that. 🙂
You have come so far over the years. It hasn't always been easy, but you've defied odds to get to where you are now.
