Hi @Shaz51 @Rhymster @Oaktree @AuntGlow and others. Great question! I’m always a little stuck on dinner ideas as I’m not a fan of cooking. Give me anything in the microwave or air fryer or stove top for pasta/ stir fry and I’m a happy camper!
Dinner for me last night was a footlong classic chicken subway roll as I couldn’t be bothered cooking - dramas at home- with 2 white choc macadamia cookies added to make me feel better. Tonight, I’m debating on beef tacos or chicken cacciatore with rice- housemate depending on what she’s interested in eating.
What’s on the dinner menu tonight, forumites? I’m always interested in new food ideas!

Not my cooking, just my idea. Sweet and sour pork for tonight.

@FearofUnknown @Rhymster @Judi9877
I'm trying a bit of a one-tray meal tonight and chucking some chicken and veggies in the oven together and hoping they all cook at roughly the same pace. If it works out I might bring it in to my regular dinner rotation since it requires very little prep (I got the pre-prepared veggies from Coles), so all I have to do is season it and whack it in the oven!
Sweet and sour pork sounds yum @FearofUnknown! Is that something you make often?

Nope, definitely not something I eat often @Ru-bee . Took some convincing before my Mum would agree to cook it for me as I am yet to learn to cook it myself.
As for today's dinner - my brother just ordered some tasty sushi for dinner which I ate very quickly.
