My mum was taking to my brother about his new gf
she was saying she wanted to make sure my brothers gf knew we were a close family, because she isn’t too close with her family
and when i heard that i was just hurt
my parents know nothing about me because they don’t take the time to
we hardly speak anymore and when we do it’s about something immediate or about school
they wouldn’t be able to tell you about the basics of my life
and I just can’t believe that I heard those words come out of her mouth when my parents have literally called me the black sheep of my family
Most of our discussions are arguing or me being yelled at
and she said that to my brother right in front of me

Hello @mae2 and welcome.
I'm really sorry to hear about how that's made you feel. I can understand that it would hurt to hear that given the way things are between you. Have you got friends or other family that you can reach out to for support?
Please know that you are not alone, we are here for you. More than happy to chat if you need/want to.
