That picture of the water is beautiful. I often think of my life with Bipolar 1 in terms of the waves on the ocean.

I respect you so much, honesty even to yourself is THE answer, find real life support, you can feel safe in your life without your addictions, but society so readily demonifies faults, as long as you dont say sorry and keep doing those behaviors anyway you can do...
