Hi @utopia
What have you been up to today?
I've had a fairly busy day- I went for a walk with my friend and before that I went for a bit of a drive and had lunch out before the walk and stopped off on the way home and I did a grocery shop. I've not long got home and bought in the washing and tidy through the house and gave Kira a game with the hose. I think tonight I will pack my bag for hospital and that way I don't have to do too much tomorrow after the zoo.
I am going to head off now and take Kira for a walk before dinner. Hope you're a feeling better tonight. Take Care

Is there a reason why he decreased your medication before you leaving hospital- that does not seem right. But there must be some method to his or her madness. It makes sense why your mood would drop off though. The hospital is phoning me sometime tomorrow, I am kinda thinking it will be tomorrow afternoon because thats the time things usually happen down there.
I've not been sleeping the best so I want to get that sorted while I am in hospital. Thanks for your well wishes for hospital, I am hoping it goes well. Kira did enjoy all the attention today, its not like she is lacking any attention. She is lots of fun though. I will miss her in hospital.
Tomorrow morning I am having a blood test before I go to the zoo and hoping to get to the gym tomorrow nite. Hope you had a nice nite hon....

Hi @utopia - I hope that you are sleeping peacefully. I really wish that they would get your meds right. I can understand your apprehension in leaving hospital. Despite its frustrations, it seems like you have found some comfort and routine. Going back home can feel scary.
Please know that in addition to the support being put in place, you can rely on us if you need vent, cry, laugh whatever.
