Here is your sunflower I floated out from the shore this morning so the sun will always shine on you

Another day…

Was thinking of you ladt night as I was trying to fall asleep.

Hoping that you are feeling ok today.

It was overcast this morning but there were pelicans and a variety of seagulls out and about soaring on the gentle breeze as your sunflower floated into the river mouth and out to sea. It was very serene as I hope your next phase will be @Hopeandlove

@Till23 that sunflower is beautiful, thank you for doing that for me. I can imagine it floating along the ocean catching the suns rays as it rides the waves 💙.

Hi @Snuggles. The photos are beautiful and I really find myself getting lost within them to escape this reality. 

Those white cockatoos are beautiful but their sounds are far from melodic. Magpies have so many beautiful tunes that they sing 💙 

I'm unable to drink much other than a sip of water occasionally so you will have to enjoy a cuppa for me.

Hi @Oaktree. I hope you had a restful night. 

I had a restless night and woke up in lots of pain, the nurses were quick to get on top of it. I'm still uncomfortable but it's tolerable. 

There is talk of me being taken into the sunshine for a short time today so I might get to see some birds flying over and maybe hear the rustling of the trees blowing in the wind. 

I hope everyone has a wonderful day. Thank you all for the beautiful messages and I love all the pictures, can never get enough of them 💙.

I'm sorry to read you woke up in so much pain but if you can spend some time in the sun I'm sure it will do you a world of good.

By the way, happy first day of Autumn.  I've attached some autumnal photos (may have to wait until they are approved).

@Snuggles I haven't felt the sun on my skin for the past week or so. I can't remember what day it is or when I came in here. 

Those autumn pictures are beautiful, I can imagine walking under those trees with the leaves falling down around me, the path made up of the orange coloured leaves making crunching sounds with every step I take 🧡. Thank you 💙

Sorry about this pain this  morning but hopefully they can keep it tolerable.  I really hope someone can take you out in the sunshine today, I'm sure that would help a lot.  I know they will understand that and do everything the can to make it happen.
