Very much hearing you on the pain @Appleblossom Sitting is the hardest thing for me too with back pain. The couch is okay as it is very comfortable (and I can lay down when I need).

Hi @Zoe7 @Shaz51 @outlander @Emelia8 @Appleblossom @Hams @Anastasia
@TAB @Historylover @greenpea @Snowie @Meowmy @EternalFlower @Judi9877
I find it hard to talk about my hard days - however - that's why I joined this forum after all - so I have to have my turn I guess.
It has been a rougher day than usual - the pain in my shoulder is playing up more possibly because today there was another glitch in my medication - this I could do without
The pain clinic sorted it out - it should not be something I need to get in a twist about but I did and although I should get my medication tomorrow or Saturday I feel exhausted and I need to cook my dinner
I haven't washed last night's dishes though - and I really need to eat - I forgot lunch - that's not good.
This isn't ordinary pain medication - it's highly restricted and can only be prescribed by a pain specialist and it has to be compounded and so on etc - and so forth - and I am tired.
I don't wanna whinge - but I feel the need

HI again Tyme
The pain I have can blast through my tolerance into the high numbers in seconds - I know the pain is there all the time - when a spike happens I need my medication straight away and it works really quickly - I live my life around it managing very well most of the time.
The glitches in my medication are not from the pain clinic - they know I am responsible and not too many people would line up to change places with them - and I prefer the devil I know anyway so most of the time I am okay about it.
What the pharmacy told me and what they told the pain clinic was different - apparently there was a shortage in their supply - I get that.
I have enough for a couple of days - I think I just got anxious and normally I deal with that well - I have washed the dishes and I will start to cook soon
Hopefully I will get into tonight's chat
Thanks
Owlunar
