And another double prn today, walking on eggshells and Emails with psychologist. Taking it on the chin and moving on, does not make it right. It is just the way it is.
Thanks @Former-Member for email about my becoming triggered about the Carer guidelines.
I cant attend to it now, but will ASAP.

Not sure what is happening for you @Appleblossom. I’ve been absent again. Here to chat if it helps. Ok if not too. Offering some nature too for some serenity (which may or may not help 😘)
hugs too 💜🤗

@Appleblossom I suspect that things with your son are still tenuous and that is causing you some of the stress. I hope the emails with your psych have helped you at least a little today. I also know those guidelines were very triggering for you so hope you can reach some resolution with what you suggest is added as well.

My psychologist wants me to tread very carefully with my son atm. we dont need another episode. I might call his health care team. It would be the first time as I wanted him to have space.
I had lovely coffee after last nights rehearsal with 3 lovely ladies. That helped.

That must be difficult for you to do @Appleblossom but understand the reasoning behind it. It is reat that you have support from your psychologist - that you can email and seek advice.
I think calling his health care team is a good idea - might give you some extra support too to help deal with him at the moment.
So pleased you had a lovely coffee with those ladies last night - any little thing that helps you right now is a good thing.
Thinking of you Hon and here if you need ![]()
