Re: Dealing with intrusive thoughts - my struggle!
@Molliex Hey Molliex my mum always says try not to worry about things that haven't happened. Easier said than done I know. Try not to worry about being referred onto a pdoc. Honestly I have had only good experiences with them particularly with getting the medication right and diagnosis for that matter.
As for the bully at work. Things will sort themselves out. You are a good employee and that will shine through. Just keep doing what you are doing and all will be well in the end.
You are a good person Molliex who is help the pea alot atm of which I am eternally grateful. I wish only good things to come you way. Love peaxx

Re: Dealing with intrusive thoughts - my struggle!
Hi @greenpea, thanks for your kind words. I'm not so worried about about seeing a psychiatrist, I'm more worried I have to wait an extra week to see my GP and get the referral. My diagnosis feels right, but the meds aren't. I mean if they can't help the SI, then there's a no point in anything.
I'll try not to worry, but honestly I'm a professional ruminator :face_with_rolling_eyes:😊
Hope you're ok today 🌻🌿🌻🌿🌻🌿🌻

Re: Dealing with intrusive thoughts - my struggle!
@BlueBay I'm going to go for a walk at the beach or something tomorrow. Need to get out of the house, or I'll just sit around and get so anxious. Thanks for checking in 🌻⭐🌻⭐

Re: Dealing with intrusive thoughts - my struggle!
Woke up feeling so shaky today. Really fragile, if that makes sense?? Anxiety in overdrive, my ocd SI thoughts raging.
So I took myself off for a walk to the gardens. Beautiful, a nice distraction.
Hope these flowers brighten your day @greenpea @BlueBay @Shaz51 @MDT @outlander @CheerBear @Gazza75 @Angels333 @2qwerty @TAB @saturnzoon and all who are passing through and have given me such valuable support since I joined the forum.
