Cool, @eth. What do you have planned for the arvo? Something that might ease the frustration and down feelings, I hope. What's the weather like where you are? Have you settled in there, aside from the NDIS problem? Many questions. It's been some time since you were last here.

@Mazarita Nothing planned for today. Appointments later in the week. Since moving here my quality of life has significantly improved at home but I still can't leave the house by myself so that really limits me. Last week applied for PHaMs and found out about several activities I'd like to get into so I really hope they accept me.
what have you been doing since your Mum was there?

@eth, that sounds like my day. I'll get the bed made and maybe some other little duties. Will probably get back into a bit of work on latest video. Other than that, nothing planned. I turned my ankle yesterday so tender to walk on. Think I did it walking at the wrong time on the beach (high tide is harder going). So no walking for me today. I've really mainly been recovering since Mum left and we later found out the flat won't be sold immediately. Have slept a lot more than usual. Seems to be helping the physical health at the moment.
Really hope Phams accepts you. Still with my support worker after more than a year. At the least I hope you get Phams. Would be a good consolation at present and likely to help with getting out alone.

Sorry to hear about your ankle @Mazarita. Hope it heals quickly. No wonder you're sleeping more after all that home anxiety as well as house guests. I would be too! Glad to hear you're still working on videos. Cooking is my main creative outlet lately. I've been to a cooking group at One Door a few times. But don't have transport for it this week.

@Former-Member Which is the best thread to catch up with you on?

Sorry I dropped off @eth. I'm still just roller coasting. I wish I could say I was doing it all better but probably not. S1 has his girlfriend coming to stay this week which I find stressful but it's just me.
It's lovely to read the move is still positive. I'm glad your quality of life has improved with the move. I hope you get a good phams worker and they help you find other activities too. I'm really lost with mine for now but have had really good experiences with the others.
Have you contacted @NikNik about logging on? she may be able to help.

I don't really have a thread anymore @eth. I tend to float a bit. Actually lately I tend to drop in and say high and respond to a few posts and not much else. It depends on my mood.

Yes @Former-Member emailed SANE about it but nothing they suggested helped the problem.
Hope your week with a guest isn't too stressful for you.

@eth, thanks for the good healing wishes. Great that you are into the creative cooking. Pity about the lack of transport for the group this week. What are some of the dishes you have been exploring? I've been eating way too much take-away lately. That's because I've been visiting my close friend a great deal lately, almost every day. She's going away for three weeks in about 10 days so will need to find other ways to engage myself during that time.
