Whata great post @Zoe7
And how great that you have had so much to share that is positive and authicated by your therapist - it has been a battle but you have learned to cope with so much and to let a lot of the "stuff" float around you on those awkward days
I am glad we have all been here for you - and to fill the space left by @Faith-and-Hope while she is overseas - this is what the forum is about - a soft place to land - a safe place to share
And you have helped me to open up esp over the last weeks - it has been great for me too
Up and onwards at your own pace Zoe - I am so glad to know you

It is wonderful to hear that I have helped you too @Owlunar - it really is a soft place to land here
I have been heartened by the support I have had over these last few weeks myself - it shows that we really are all here for each other and that it is a special palce to be part of. Me being so much better within myself also means I can give more support to others and help see them through some tough times too - but that is still a balancing act with self-care. Sometimes I am not in the right headspace myself and need to take a step back from posts - but that is good for everyone - I can be of more 'use' if I am doing okay myself. I know you get that too Dec. ![]()
@Former-Member Thank you for your kind words. I have been truly inspired by your presence on the forum of late - despite all that you are dealing with you still support others here in such a wonderful way - you really are amazing Sherry ![]()
@TAB I'll take a look at that thread and give you some encouragement on there as well.

I am doing a happy dance here for you. I feel at ease reading your post, and also I can see a huge shift happening for you and thats puts a smile on my face. I know you will still have days when things are not so good and I wanted to acknowledge that as well. And some of what I am feeling right now, I have no words for and it does bring tears to my eyes.
I have been to have my blood test and they took 8 tubes. And I went did shopping, payed bills, washing and posted gifts to family. I am a bit sick today, sore throat and swollen glands and feeling somewhat tired.

Thanks @TAB for that tag ![]()
@oceangirl Thank you for your kind words - there are so many up sides right now and I am feeling pretty good about things - we can only hope that that lasts.
I had my string of blood tests done late last year and they all came back better than the time before so I hope yours are okay too. Get plenty of rest and look after yourself @oceangirl ![]()

So pleased my journey is helping you too my friend. I can truly see how far you have come and your determination has also been inspiring to me @MDT - it is the mutual admiration society here and that is a good thing. We too often get bogged down in the negatives and forget to celebrate the wins - and we (and others) have definitely had those lately and it is great to see.
