I don't know anything about sugar levels but if they are high I have no doubt that is why you have been feeling off colour
I guess you have to see your doctor about this because I do know that high blood sugar can be problematic
More stress for you Shaz - I am sure stress doesn't help any health condition

Decided early this morning not to go in to work - will still go to the pool though later.
It is extremely windy here today - not great for me but I am dealing with it ok so far - might be a bit harder driving in it but only going to the pool which is not too far away so that should be ok. What do you have planned for today? How are things with Mr today?
