Hi @Zoe7
Medication can do some interesting things with our sleep pattern - I worked hard to get myself back to sleeping before midnight months back but then I had a change in my BP medication and some days I fall asleep watching TV - early or late - I dare not stop and sit down or lie down because I will sleep too early and then I am awake until 3.00 am - and I don't really mind because I read for hours but still - sleeping during the day is a waste of time - but then reading for hours at night isn't
I'm not battling - I don't believe it matters when we sleep esp in the winter time but still - it must be really hard to balance between drowsy during the day and not sleeping at night because I know you have trouble at night. Actually I think I am experiencing what my daughter calls being bored with winter - I am sick of the cold days and maybe sleeping during the afternoon is okay for now - I am bored with winter
Is it easier for you when the weather is warmer
And @Faith-and-Hope
I love your butterfly biscuits too - did you make these yourself - I really had my mouth ready for them but if I made them I would eat the whole batch - not all at once but yes - they are really beautiful - a work of art truly
