Hi again guys

I'm feeling a bit tired, I have been on the go since 8am this morning and I have just stopped now.

I found out today one of my group members in my therapy group has passed away, I am feeling really sad. It makes me more determine to get back on track. He was a really lovely person. My therapy group was from hospital from last October...

I have had a lot of Toby cuddles today @Shaz51 - between those and all of @Faith-and-Hope's wonderful news I have been getting through today. I haven't taken any pain killers - been trying to lay down and ease the pressure a bit that way but will have some soon to get through the rest of the evening. It is very cold here - the mountain is white with snow - it looks beautiful
