I slept on and off last night - still tired but doing better than I was yesterday and last night. Yesterday was a very draining day and it is no wonder I was so tired and feeling sick. I am definitely having a rest day today - I need to recover both mentally and physically.
@Snowie did you manage to get a gp appoinment today?
@Faith-and-Hope @Pepsimax any plans for you both?

At least bloods and ECG will be out of the way today.
I am too tired to even think about doing anything today - even the housework can wait
