Let them all do what they are doing for now and look after yourself @Faith-and-Hope - you deserve some YOU time to get away from it all for at least a little while. I can hang around for a while tonight if you need to vent some more 
@Sans911 yeah I get it - we are so restricted by the amount of funded sessions allowed. I am very lucky that my pdoc is fulfilling the role of psychiatrist and psychologist in sessions with her. I still see her and my gp weekly and that will continue until at least June when we will revise it again
@Faith-and-Hope maybe tomorrow you should hop on that big red boat and I'll meet you at the other end - with Toblerone also and your niece waiting at home for us.
