Still tired @Zoe7 .... woke up on and off during the night, but accrued a decent amount of sleep I think. It’s been hot, I have walked a lot, and the recent (?,) weeks have been emotionally draining, so it’s no real surprise.
Will make it a rest day today.
How are you travelling Hon ?

I had about 3 hours sleep - not much but something @Faith-and-Hope
I have had a shower - figured it might wake me up a bit more and hopefully allow me to feel a little more 'alive'. Still very tired. It is going to be very hot here today just like where you are so a completely inside day with aircon on. I don't min the heat but 36 is a bit hot even for me - and it would only take a minute in the sun for me to start to get a rash, itch and swell - so can't even go to the beach
I am also not surprised you have been unwell - it has been a very emotional time for you of late (more so than usual with everything that has happened) - and being away from your 'home' and your friends/supports is so very hard for you Hon. It isn;t the same (or much consolation either) but you have me and all your forum friends to lean on right now - so lean away

It’s a huge consolation to have you and my forum friends @Zoe7 ..... more than you know. I can be in this space, and vent, and express my dismay at things that happen or don’t happen in a way that is too tiring on “regular” friendships. It’s when you’re living with long-term overwhelming issues that others in the same boat really understand, without anybody having to say much. It’s the voice of lived experience shared amongst us here.
Have you closed the blinds and curtains to help shield against the heat @Zoe7 ? Guess you only need to wet Toby down to help you keep cool .... lol ....

oh haha @Faith-and-Hope poor little Toblerone is spending the hottest part of the days on the floorboards - much cooler than on the couch snuggled with me (cooler for both of us). The aircon keeps it really pleasant inside so the heat isn;t an issue whilst I am inside. Cat is in her super special cat tower - all snuggled up with the sun on her - she doesn't worry about the heat at all - must be a West Australian lol
I am pleased we can help you so much Hon - I know it is often the words that aren't said that mean the most to me - and the 'presence' of you all here

That’s how I see you @Zoe7 .... and while none of us want the circumstances that have brought us all here, it is doubtful we would have met any other way ..... strange and wonderful, isn’t it ?

awww @Faith-and-Hope 100% humbled here
...and we have met and that has changed a lot for me - in a good way! I look forward to 'seeing' you each day and that gives me a little hope to continue on
