How are you hon and what have you been up to today?
I'm travelling along quite good, my biggest concern is my sleep. I am trying not to worry about it too much because otherwise it will just make me tense and just make matters worse. I have a few specialist appointments coming up early Jan, one of them is really important and hopefully he can shred further light as to what is happening. I took Trouble for a long walk this afternoon. On Friday my bother and SIL arrive for a few days, it will be lovely to see them both
