@Faith-and-Hope no sleep - last 3 days around 5 hours in total - night meds doubled from tonight - see how that goes 
pdoc and go today - frustrated with gp as again didn't let me 'talk' (she did all the 'talking') but just think she doesn't know what to do anymore and is deflecting 
pdoc knows I'm suffering but can only do what she can do
sorry to hear you have had leaky eyes and sorry I'm not around for you - it is breaking my heart here but the alternative is very dangerous for me atm (know you understand but it still hurts that you are hurting and I can't help )
