Am Not Coping

Hi @Owlunar Hit my head again on Monday so have been fighting this headache for a few days now. Combined with aching everywhere still from my trip to the beach with Toby on Sunday - and a couple of bad nights resulting in minimal sleep - the headache won't shift and have waves of nausea when it is really bad. Meds are taking the edge off at times but not always. So pretty much just stuck here - trying to manage as best I can!
