I have a ligament playing  here and there in my leg @oceangirl, so I haven’t been walking as much down by the river ..... so no dolphins lately.

I have my fingers crossed for Trouble too .....

I went for a swim today .... just a gentle one ..... water is so calming.

Made tortellini for dinner.

D3 showed me a video on 3 two-day old kittens being fed.

Watching a movie now.  Still coughing with a cold.

Hi @Bubbles3 ......

Can you manage a basic to-do list ? Mealtimes, shower, load the washing machine ..... that type of thing ? It is a way of staying grounded and creating purpose in the day ...... taking it just one day at a time.

Just put the next task in front of you @Bubbles3 ..... and gear yourself up to just get that done ...... even if it takes half the day ...... don't worry about that part. Just focus on getting it done eventually, maybe breaking it down into small stages and taking a break in between ..... like moving a basket of washing to the laundry, then coming back later to tip it out and sort it ...... then coming back later again to load one wash load ...... come back later to hang it out ..... etc.

I call it "having a day" ...... some days you just need to "have a day" ..... and it doesn't need to be more than that.
