I am so happy to hear you say 'you are happy' @Former-Member - for however long that is or whatever reason - a small amount of happiness is better than none
Sounds like tonight may be a quiet, self-care night for you - maybe we should have a slumber party where we don't have to talk - we can get into our pj's or onesie's,throw all the teddies, cushions and beanbags on the forumland floor to hide in, play games (haven't played the lyric game for a while 
and a game of pin the tail on the turtle would be uh hum - fun lol @Phoenix_Rising 
), drink hot chocolate, eat any dessert we want and just BE for the evening! No stress, no need to DO anything, no dramas, no MH issues - just for one night - sounds like bliss to me
