I think we missed each other last night. I went to Brisbane today. I am going into hospital Sat for my sleep study. So far I am doing pretty good since being discharged from hospital last Tuesday, I am following my discharge plan. I will be tackling my sleep problem after having the sleep study, it take a few months to get my sleep right,but it will be worth the initial struggle, it does have quite a high success rate.
Trouble is happy to have me at home. She is tucked up beside me atm. I missed her a lot whilst being away, she will be a huge part of me staying well and out of hospital. I don't want to go back.
