I did eventually get to sleep - was quite sick for a while (passed out again - but this time I was on the couch so no danger). Slept for nearly 7 hours but did have a nightmare and wasn't really sure where I was for a few seconds - so a bit 'on edge' this morning.
@Shaz51 I have seen your hellos and I feel really bad that I haven't acknowledged them all - but I do really, really appreciate the support - and you my sister

Thankyou so much for keeping me company and distracting me last night - I was not doing very well and was sure that it was going to be a long, hard night. You all helped to lift me up enough to be able to get to sleep (after the little 'hiccup' with the meds making me sick). That is now two nights in a row that I have had some decent sleep. Even though I still had a nightmare this morning I had already had nearly 7 hours sleep so I feel a little more able to deal with the consequences today so far.
All your support not only means so much to me but it really does help me when I can feel that I am falling further down into the darkness.
Thankyou doesn't seem enough for all of you...
