Hi @Appleblossom nice to see you. I've decided I love the word 'ephemeral'. Very happy with the picture I drew of a hibiscus. Used pastels and pencils. Doing it really put me 'in the moment', lost all track of time - such good medicine after life being so ruled by the housing application deadlines lately. Really enjoying the woman unleashed retreat I'm doing on-line - it's free and you can just choose the sessions you feel like doing. This session was about ephemeral nature art. Yesterday I did a really good writing one. There are about 30 sessions over 3 weeks. All different teachers. You can google it if you're interested.
Hope today is a good one for you xx

@eth That’s really lovely. I’m reading along, rather than responding in the women unleashed retreat. So much talent, and good conversation.
sound like it is a positive for you, I hope it is anyway. 💜💜💜

awww thanks @Former-Member hope you're well today. I'd love to share more of my work but I often enter competitions that result in publication and it could be identifying of who I am offline. Do you write?

Hey @eth I totally understand the anonymity aspect!
yeah I write and paint - so good for the soul. I have had articles and poems published and have started at least three unfinished novels (which are still sitting there waiting for me...)🤔
hope you have an enjoyably creative day 🙂

Great music as always @Adge
Glad you're enjoying it @Appleblossom I've loved the sessions I've done so far. Doing it with a very different attitude this time around. Just choosing teachers I feel an affinity for and not stressing to catch every session and every word it contains. So far the highlights are the writing one and the one about artists (of every medium) being able to hold and move energy to impact and change what's going on in the world. About our nervous systems becoming strong enough grow and be able to 'feel it to heal it'.
Morning also to @Mazarita @Former-Member @Maggie @Judi9877 @Faith-and-Hope @Shaz51 @Zoe7 @MDT @outlander @Former-Member @Silenus I can see I have been tagged by you all in the last couple of days. Will try to respond to each, but will mostly be over on the Saturday Soiree - all welcome!! thread today. Hope to catch up with you all sometime soon in real time.
Take care all xoxo
