Good morning @Mazarita and anyone else around now. Haven't caught up on posts yet but wanted to say hi.
Today I have psychologist and psychiatrist ap'ts so I'm not trying to do anything else. Woke up, made the bed, washed and dressed and hair done - that's enough for this morning!
Hope today is going well so far for all of you x

Hi to you too @greenpea @PeppiPatty thanks for the mentions. Warm wishes to you both too. Hi @outlander and @Exoplanet and @Appleblossom too.
Yesterday I spent over 3 hours going through 1 of my 2 files of stuff I've collected re NDIS. Made a full page of dot point goals and the supports that would help to reach them. Good to be making some progress with that. Pre-planning meeting with disability advocate and sil is on Monday week. That's to prepare for the planning meeting with the NDIS. So no rush but I thought I might as well get started on it as I was thinking about it a lot anyway

Hello Everyone
I think I missed a day, so lovely to have so many messages
I'm off to my GP today, another lovely, very patient lady She let me stop my medication when I asked, just wants to see me sort of regular, about once a month; I'm so lucky, especially considering where I live, to have found 2 lovely, patient lady doctors!!
I found out some sad news yesterday, my daughter & I don't communicate much, but she sent me a text to tell me a man I once knew had passed away. I hadn't spoken to him for years, he suffered alcoholism very badly, I wonder what happened.
I have a problem with the posts that have been delivered, they are the wrong size; I will have to go and see them, I cannot afford 80 posts that are of no use to me.
Wishing for the best outcome with your tests Mazy
Wishing your injuries finally heal Outlander
Love to all
@Mazarita @outlander @eth @greenpea @PeppiPatty

Hi @Exoplanet sorry to hear about the mix-up with the posts. What a hassle. Hope it sorts out easily.

Hi @eth, @Exoplanet, @outlander and all,
Awake again and just found your latest messages. Good to see you this morning.
Eth, psychiatrist and psychologist in the same day - I might find that all a bit much for one day. Good idea to keep the day for just those appointments (aside from the good things already done). Hope those sessions are helpful.
Exoplanet, what a big nuisance with the posts. May they be easily replaced with no cost to you.
What's on for today, Outlander. I hope you can find something to distract from pain and emotional stuff. I know too well that not having anything to do is detrimental for my mental health.
Sleepy here still, even though I went to bed at 6.30 last night and slept most of the night. Thank goodness, I haven't had a repeat of that dream from a couple of night's ago.
