@outlander lol old people dont need to sleep much at all. When you are old you will be surviving on an hour a night at this rate

@outlander outlander do you find that you get affected by the weather? like if it is either raining or stormy can affect my sleep alot. In that I either can or cannot get to sleep. Are you the same?

@outlander Yes I can appreciate all of that. In the summer I am too hot in the winter I get too cold. I need sleepills to get to sleep but cannot take them every night so thank god for the forums where someone is generally awake and needing a chat or I would be a lost pea 😞
