Hello @outlander It's a shame you threw your painting away....what do you think of getting a diary or big pad of paper and just drawing how you feel every day....just a one minute to five-minute picture?

Glad to see you. Sounds like you will be waiting until it's light again today for your walk. Good thinking '99'. 
Today I could go to womens group at the local MI centre. Not sure if I'll make it or not this week. Haven't been for months, not that keen on the facilitator. But it's probably just me not really being used to her personality. She really is a nice enough person. I often don't make that group because it's on in the morning, which is not so great for me given how many all nighters I have. But today I may be awake, so we'll see what happens. 
How about you, GP? Anything planned for today after your walk?
