If you live in one of the major centres there, @The-red-centaur, there may well be an art group around somewhere. I like doing it at the MH centre because I feel more relaxed and like I can be myself there, and there's absolutely no pressure. Maybe google might throw up something similar in your local area. I find it much easier to colour in and do other art activities when in a group. My main creative passion is video making.

@The-red-centaur, sorry you are feeling triggered. Sounds like you had some tough experiences with them. Maybe if you widen the search a little you might find something later. Photo just came through, really lovely! Even if you can't find the momentum with a real life art group, you could post here and get responses. I find I need response to get motivated for art. Without an audience, there's something missing for me.
