@CheerBear, yes, it was a little miracle for both @Teej and I that we helped inspire each other out of troubled moments yesterday. May there be many more such encouragements for all of us!
Big hugs for the ongoing catt process, CB. Good luck with the meeting today.

Good morning, @Faith-and-Hope. Good to see you. How are you going this morning? Plans for the day?

Going for a walk in a pool, if I can get my butt there fast enough @Mazarita ..... then pick up some special mending that needed a sewing machine from one of those mending places. I am on the move again later today, for when I go off-radar for a while ..... but don’t like to give specifics for anonymity reasons. It does mean some organising and clean up though. Have given myself plenty of time.

Sounds intriguing, the off radar, @Faith-and-Hope. I'm guessing you mean more than taking time out from the forum. Won't say any more though, just that I hope it's good for you. Mending is something that stays on my list of things to do for years at a time, until I most times get rid of whatever item of clothing needed it. Good idea to take those things to a mending place. Going for a walk in a pool, I guess that's hydrotherapy?

Changing timezone @Mazarita 😏
The pool is a lap pool near here, so it’s depth is even, and below my chin, lol ..... which means I can walk instead of swim ..... which doesn’t deplete my energy levels ..... like walking as opposed to jogging.

Ah, I see, @Faith-and-Hope. Best with the change. Sounds like you are doing your own version of hydrotherapy with the walking in the deep end of the pool. My specialists keep suggesting the pool for me too, but I really don't like pools, really don't like the whole process of it, from embarrassing body to chlorinated hair. Nonetheless I did do a few sessions of hydrotherapy last year or the year before. Didn't really get much out of it, though I know it would be a good idea to do it.

Same issues a bit @Mazarita, but I tie my hair up and keep it out of the water, and I wear a full rashie and leggings for cover / privacy ..... it’s also a very quiet time of day. The lap-swimmers have all headed off to work by then ..... 😏

@Faith-and-Hope, the ridiculous thing is we have a pool in this building. But I feel even more self conscious about the prospect of running into neighbours there.
On a brighter note, I've already got my first load of washing in the machine. I aim to do about four loads today then the line will be full. I'll get to sheets and towels later. It's a huge relief to have got this going, I've been trying for weeks with no success. Amazing the difference it makes to get 9 hours sleep within normal time zones.
