Hoping things stabilize for you soon @Mazarita. It does sound like things are a bit roller coaster ish for you. A combination of reasons no doubt. But at least you are being productive while it's happening.

Yeah, it'll be okay I think, @eth. I was prepared to feel weird with the med changes, and I do.

Hoping your Dr is seeing you regularly through this transition time @Mazarita. And that C is a good support, that you can talk about what's happening IRL. I noticed you said you were 'loving it' about doing an all nighter - so I'm hoping it's not all hard times atm.

Thanks, @eth. Yes, I am being supported in real life. Just saw my GP yesterday. I told her I was feeling depressed. She made note of it and we agreed it was probably down to the medication changes. Mostly we dealt with physical health stuff. A lot of it was good news (okay cholesterol this time, and liver enzymes looked okay, also okay iron and B12). These are things I have had previous trouble with. But there's something that may need further gynie testing. Maybe/maybe not. She's going to have a talk to the doctors in outpatients at the hospital and get back to me on that. No, it's not all hard times. Just the hardness when it happens has been hitting me harder than usual. But, like now, I can feel okay sometimes too.

I'm so glad you are getting some small relief from the down times @Mazarita I know how hard it can be adapting to new meds and doses. And glad to hear your blood test results were mostly good. Hopefully the other problem will have a simple solution.

I'm going offline now, hopefully will get some sleep soon, @eth. Hope your psychologist appointment goes well and your time with your support worker. Goodnight for this morning. ox
