Re: Request: A long rave

.. I wasn't game to mention the birds as didnt know if they are being looked after when you are in hospital @Adge ?

Re: Request: A long rave

.. what sort are the new birds @Adge  ?

I saw a bit of a show on tv where the reporter had a huge Eagle on his arm, ok with a hood on to calm it down. then they took the hood off, just way too scary re eyes etc ..

apparently eagles can compress their eyeballs to focus on things far away and if we had eagle vision, could make out an ant on footpath from top of 10 storey building.

I dont really like birds, but some of them do have some pretty cool tricks like navigation following earths magnetic fields etc

Re: Request: A long rave

Beautiful birds @Adge

Thanks for the tag @Shaz51

Re: Request: A long rave

Yep @TAB Fischers & all the Lovebirds are from Africa.

Africa has quite a few parrot species.

Audtralia has by far the most.

Re: Request: A long rave

I now have 4 of those Little Beauties @Blackbird11 @Shaz51 @TAB @Zoe7

Re: Request: A long rave

Most of the birds I keep are exotic @TAB

I like to keep a mix of species.

Especially brightly coloured birds.
