Well @TAB Re: my Phys health
Low stamina especially working outside in heat doing my gardening work.
Recurrence of Hernia just 3 weeks ago.
Had Ultrasound was told Don't worry about that.
Had virtually Begged & Begged my employer to increase my weekly working hours (from as little as 10 hours) up to 20 hours per week.
So this week employer gave me a Big increase 20+ Hours.
Then what happens?
I went a bit manic due to legal substance withdrawal - Because I was Detoxing/ off Nicotine etc
Then Boom Off to Hospital.
Boom lost all my Work Hours for this week.
Oh My...

um , is there something else you could do ? or change jobs/employers ? @Adge
i have barely worked since covid. Happily sat at home when dole went up, then really struggled physically going back to work plus kept putting more and more weight on, plus had clots on lungs , suspected heart probs, then had thyroid op, still getting bigger allthe time So every now and again think could prob get thru a week maybe, but jobs somehow 4 weeks, 12 weeks, whatever, and physicals, so would pull out rather than embarrass myself, except last time, when job was just too good , got af duringphysical and told to go to emergency ha ha
Take it easy on yourself .. you're trying, it's all you can do ..

@TAB I didn't get your earlier post - had to go looking but found it.
Still not well this end and looks like the department will not accept my injury is solely work related - result: I won't be able to get the treatment I need because I cannot afford it. The department are going to need to fork out more in relief when I am in too much pain to go to work so they will be the losers in the long run!
@Adge It does not matter how long you are away or how much you post - you will always be my bird buddy and I love seeing you here.
@saturnzoon Hugs ❤️
