Dear @Emelia8 ,

it sounds like the rehab dr, is trying to help , I hope you get that appt with the surgeon. I am also glad that you get so much positive encouragement here.  I have not been feeling that great myself MH wise, you are not alone in your struggle. But you have had so much happen, don’t ever underestimate that. 

I hope that you have got to a group or two and they weren’t too bad.  Or that they were even helpful in some way.

i haven’t got moving yet today. So I will get another coffee and try to see the day through

I am still in recovery.

more blood tests

injections

unknowns

one day at a time gets me through.
