Bed change and wash day today. Fresh bedding all round.  I was remaking the bed when you had the cuppa.

Yes @Snowie I did need that nap.

Been warm here today, and quite windy. So I decided it was perfect for drying bedding. All dry and in, in no time.

@Anastasia I guess you'd be finished work about now. Hope you've shaken the persistent headache.

what a day, or more so what a week thanks for being with me

hope your weekend goes to plan, the work little study group, turned more into a work group therapy session, not going to say gossip,but it is what it is,told my story on a more detail grip, advice was good, but your advice this week has been gold. And you guys were there for me, in my darkest hour and I Thankyou all again and again

but anyway guys Will keep carrying on,by the way have not heard a word from the sister from hell, but at least she knows I know, if that means anything, am trying my best to move on, will throw myself into this Diploma, and cook a quiche next time,the Bakery food was OK, and the Coffee severed was complimented, one of the crew took us all out to a local restaurant (Thai restaurant) the vegans and vegetarians loved it.

had a great day, but drained, Clawde going for an afternoon nap,

I’m doing a coaching course this weekend @Snowie  so that should keep my mind and body occupied.

I’ll be in Vic in a few weeks time and will be hoping it’s not too cold.
