@Owlunar  I will respond further to your post another time. There is a lot there, and I'm not up to doing a proper response just now.

I got home a bit after 4pm.  My 2pm apt went for over an hour and a half.  We covered a lot ... probably too much.

it goes like this I had a shit argument with my sister and it has ended badly a problem was explained by me where I was really hurt by something done to me 12 years ago with her crying and never forever talking to me she admits what she did but can not believe I have held so much anxants from 12 years ago, and now won't ever talk to me again she did e not know apparently how much of a memory I have but I do .because she tried to destroy a part of my life and think now it does even matter and can't believe I remember it all it was really bad , honestly are you supposed to forget and move on ? Why should I ? They hurt me with straight out cruelty did not see the I was blinded because of the family love and trust thing  set ups because I thought they were family I just want to know should I hold the grudge or wipe them from my life it hurts still to this day any advise please @Clawde
