I'm sorry you didn't sleep well.., a slow afternoon sounds good. Is your boy a little more settled this morning? @Anastasia
about to walk my daughter to school and then go for a walk myself. Then need to get my bloods done and find the motivation and courage to make some phone calls.

So far @Bow I haven't heard from him. A dreadfully difficult night for both my boys last night. My oldest had to go to hospital for medical attention which meant that my boy was home alone till 4. Praying we all have a better day today and that you can make your calls sweetie. A walk sounds lovely I x๐

Thank you so much @Anastasia @Eve7 @Adge @Bow @BlueBay @WIP @Peri @Former-Member @NatureLover and any others following along.
Just a quick post to thank you for your kind messages about my little Holly undergoing surgery this morning. Our precious fur babies are such a worry arent they?
Got back home a while ago after dropping her off at the Vet at 8am. They told me to phone them around 1pm to check on a pick up time. And if there are any issues, they will ring me.
Unfortunately Holly was up and down all night, and so was I. She was sick again, and kept wanting to be let outside. Started at 1.30am, and went on right through to the last time she asked me to let her out at 5.25am. At least every half hour, poor little girl. Whatever it was that upset her tummy seems to have gone through now, and we both got an hour and a half sleep from 5.30am to 7am. I'm thinking she has been scavenging and found something that disagreed with her. Certainly what she threw up, looked nothing like what I gave her for her dinner last night.
So when I took her in to the vet, I half expected that they might postpone her surgery. I explained, and also said that she appeared fine and her normal self this morning. They said they would give her a good check over before they go ahead, but assured me she would be fine. I signed all the surgery authorities, and handed my little girl over to the care of the vet nurse. She was looking over her shoulder at me with sad desperate eyes as they walked away. She cried and I cried too.
Sounds like you had a similar sleep schedule to me last night @Anastasia . Really hope both your boys are okay and feeling much better today. Is your son off work as a result of the work incident? You mentioned a head injury and using glue rather than stitches last night. Sounds pretty ouch!
Feeling pretty exhausted now, and will likely go and try to have a bit of a sleep at some stage. Also have a raging headache, so have taken some analgesics to try to calm that a little. I'm used to a mild headache almost all the time, probably from the chemo pills, but this is more of a stress and lack-of-sleep headache. It will go away.
That Chai latte is very welcome thank you @Bow ... just what I need. And now I wait. Which is very hard to do, whilst worrying that I may never see Holly again.

It is so hard when are furbabies are unwell @Emelia8 I've had a number of beloved animals who have had to undergo surgery, so expensive but they are our babies and worth it. Thinking of and praying that everything works out ok and you get some good news with that phone call later today.
hoping you can also get some much needed sleep.
@Anastasia hope both your boys are ok

Hello Emelia m Adage yes i am supposed to be taking s break bit can't stop thinking about you all.
@Adage i ll help u with applications early next week. if u like. Do u have anyone around u to check yr work for gramnar n spelling? The companies are big on that. You can use Review then Spelling n Grammar check on Word. Can u take photos on yr phone? You need to upload photos onto yr report also. Don't be too overwhelmed by it. I am not very technically minded but i manage. I struggle here coz my ph is very small. I do mystery shoppi g reports on a PC with large screen which is much easier. I dont access this forum via my PC my husband wld be shocked by time i have used when othet things r so out of order. So i must get things in better order but am blessed he is patient wth me.
Best wishes, melly
