Remember forget the small things in life, look at the big picture, it will not matter if you forget something, you will be able to ask a nurse to get it for you.  i am sure they will be happy to help.

One of my relatives died today, the lady whos house we stayed at at christmas last year, i only ever met her once, she was my uncles mother in law, she was a nice lady the one time i met her.  I feel so bad because she got sick not long after we left, she allowed us to stay at her house while she was at her daughters house.

no, i think the funeral is going to be immediate family only, but i would not have the money to go anyway, it is 7 hours away, too far for me to go anyway.

i will be thinking of you Karen, please remember you will always have a best friend in me, i will never let you feel alone, please see this stay in hospital as a new start in life, a fresh start.  make the most of your stay, ask questions see as many docors as possible, i know it will be difficult, but if you are having to be their you may as well make the most of it.
