@Dreamy noooo busy-brain!! Wish I had like...a thought vacuum sometimes ay. If mindfulness is a struggle whenever I'm getting overwhelmed by my thoughts, I do find movement helpful - you? Helps me get out of brain and into body!

@Jynx if only. Just need that magic off switch. Movement is sometimes ok but usually only if i can throw myself into cleaning. Tonight I'm just a wreck and it's just completely overwhelming. Like there's been so much information and things that have happened and it's too much to process.

@Dreamy well if ever think of a new username that's more 'you' feel free to email us, we can change it for ya! hehe definitely relate to having my head in the clouds... maybe that's why i chose raven... it's like my minds off flying elsewhere 😋
not the best day for me, didn't sleep well cos my skin was reacting really badly... i think i have some sort of allergy going on but idk! i'll be seeing a specialist next week to get it sorted tho. but feeling much better after some chocolate and coffee hehe. how about you? you holding up okay?

@Dreamy the overwhelm is such a gnarly one to contend with hey, cos like...sometimes the very thing you're craving, turns out to be yet another source of overstimulation!! *shakes fist at brightness of tv*
I know it doesn't help you in this moment, but sleep will help - brain will start sorting all your memories out and processing will become more linear.
Now the getting to sleep... hope it's not as tricky for you as it can be for me!!

@rav3n i want my old one back but that's not an option at the moment. Wish my head was off in the clouds at the moment instead of being all over the place. I like your username and it makes me smile when I see it (i lost a friend called Raven to suicide), so it reminds me of him.
Sorry to hear that you had a rough sleep. Hopefully you can get it sorted quickly. Coffee and chocolate fixes everything 😋. I'm really not holding up ok 😞

@Jynx haha yes I know the feeling all too well. Like I'll try to watch my TV show and my phone screen is too bright, or the intro to the show starts too loudly. It's like instant frustration.
Sleep doesn't come easy for me at all. I'll start getting sleepy so I pack the colouring away and put my phone down and then I lay there for hours trying to fall asleep.

@Dreamy awh i hear that, sometimes i almost type it here 😅 raven is such a cool name to have, glad hearing it brings a smile to you.
hehe yesss it does! sorry to hear it's been tough, i'm glad you're still here pushing through. proud of you for that. oh and the thing you said about the sleep - i feel you!! by the time i've packed up and tucked in, it's like i'm fresh again.

@rav3n that name really had meaning for me and I'm so annoyed that I don't have it now.
Thanks ❤️. Yes it's so annoying, like I'll be falling asleep sitting at my table so I pack up and head to bed but then I'm wide awake.

@Dreamy yep and every now and again it takes everything in me not to YEET MY PHONE INTO THE SUN when I get the jump scare from the loud 😂
Ach, yeah I'm like that too. Maybe not for tonight (reading a bunch of info does not seem like it's on the agenda for you tonight! 😅) but if you wanted to jump into this thread, might be some useful stuff in there!

@Jynx haha yes, I've been so close to doing that one myself 😂.
Yeah I'm not even going to attempt to read that tonight but thankyou.
Night night, thanks for the chats. Hope you have a good night ❤️.
